Return Policy
We work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring that all orders arrive perfect for our customers, but unfortunately, we have no control over all situations especially handling in product delivery and even minor manufacturing oddities. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy so that all orders upon arrival at our facility can be subject to inspection and verification.
- Items undamaged, unopened, with no usage marks and no seal violation, or unwanted items
Buyers may return, within (thirty) 30 days from the time of purchase,intact unopen items with no usage marks and no manufacturer’s seal violation. Additionally, unwanted items that have not been removed from the original packaging and used may be returned within (thirty) 30 days unless specifically stated on the product detail page. Packaging must be in the same condition as when it left the Nizos Store premises.
Items removed from their original packaging or items in a visibly open condition with a factory seal violation are not eligible for return and refund.
The buyer submitting a return at their own expense using a service of their own choice becomes liable for the cost of the service chosen and Nizos Store reserves the right not to refund product value, fees, and costs and to not replace the product in case of loss or damage.
- Return Policy for Apparel – Clothing, Accessories and Costumes
If the buyer is not satisfied with the item received, they must notify Nizos Store at service@nizosstore.com within 30 days of receiving the item to request an exchange or return of the item.
However, payment of the postage costs for return shipping, as well as the cost of reshipping a new item is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs of the original purchase are not refundable.
The buyer should be aware that we will not accept a return or exchange request for items that do not have original markings and that have been washed, damaged, altered, and/or cleaned.
Return or exchange requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.
- Opened Items
Opened items are not eligible for a return. This includes:
- Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging do not have a manufacturing seal;
- Items with visible signs of use that the packaging may indicate have been opened;
- Torn, opened, dented boxes that are no longer factory sealed;
- Clothing items that have been washed, damaged, altered and/or worn.
- Damaged and defective/broken items
If an item is damaged or defective in transit it is eligible for exchange or replacement for an identical item if it is still available in stock and the request is sent within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item. If the item is no longer available and the customer does not want to use the store credit, Nizos Store will refund the buyer.
Minor cosmetic paint problems do not qualify as a defective product.
In the process of returning damaged and defective items an email is required that should be sent to our Customer serviceservice@nizosstore.com. With a photo of the damaged or defective/broken item to guide us in solving the problem.
- Returning an Item
Please contact our Customer Service Department at service@nizosstore.com to request a return and authorization to accept it. Any returns received at our facility without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Shipment – Domestic Customers
We will cover any fees for a damaged or defective product if the return has to be made due to our error, however the pre-paid return label option must be issued from Nizos Store and pre-authorized by our Customer Service service@nizosstore.com.

If the return is for any other reason the return shipping costs are the liability of the buyer. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
- Return – International Buyers
For international buyers check the International Shipping Terms before finalizing the purchase.
We will cover any charges for a damaged or defective product if the return must be made due to our error by issuing a refund based on the reasonable cost to ship the item back to us using the most efficient service available. The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the package and paying the actual shipping charges. Returns, without exception, must be pre-authorized by service@nizosstore.com. Nizos Store is not liable for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

Our return policy does not apply to any items shipped to a freight forwarder/retailer. All sales are considered final and non-returnable once the package is posted to this type of recipient.
We reserve the right not to be liable for any loss or damage that occurs after your shipment has been delivered to your freight forwarder/retailer. This means that we will not refund or offer a replacement for any goods exported beyond the buyer’s delivery address.
If the return is for any other reason the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
- Preparing Your Item for Return Shipment
It is very important that when packaging the product for return that it is handled with care, wrapping the product in a protected manner to ensure that the original condition of the product is maintained.
- Step one: Use bubble wrap to pack the product.
- Step two: When choosing a box consider that the product will need additional side padding to cushion any impact it may suffer during transit and prevent the item from becoming loose in the box.
- Step three: Seal the box with appropriate tape to prevent breakage on route.
- Step Four: Paste the Nizos Store label received in your email into the box.
- Refund Procedure
Refunds on returns are issued after the return has been processed, i.e., after the product has been received at our facility, and the condition of the item has been verified. Refunds are made in the original form of payment, but in cases where this is not possible a store credit will be available.
For each original type of payment there is a time for receiving the credit, so delays may occur that are not under our control:
Credit cards: Usually 3-5 business days;
PayPal: Depends on your original PayPal payment source. PayPal claims up to 30 days;
In-store credit: Available immediately.
- Rejected/undelivered deliveries
If a package is returned to our facility any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
If this action occurs due to a buyer error (such as wrong name, incorrect address, or lack of residence) we will contact you to reship the package, however the costs must be paid for the package to be reshipped.
International customers will be liable for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undelivered shipments. If customs discard your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for the product or shipping.
Any returns without prior authorization from Nizos Store will potentially be disregarded.
