Nizos Safebox

Nizos Safe Box is your safe with Nizos. It was created so that our customers can save on delivery services.

It allows you to save on shipping costs by combining items and having the flexibility to store those items for up to 90 days. This way, you can shop with peace of mind and store your items until you are ready to ship whichever ones you want, whenever you want, in just one box at the best time for you. See how it works:

You purchase an item on our website and before completing the purchase you will see a box with 2 options: Immediate Shipping and Nizos Safe Box.

  • When choosing the IMMEDIATE SHIPPING option, shipping and taxes will be calculated and processed for immediate shipping.

  • When choosing the option to store in NIZOS SAFE BOX you will only pay for the item, excluding shipping and taxes, and they will be stored in your Nizos Safe Box for up to 90 days with no storage cost. At any time within this period you can request shipping by combining the items you want in a single package and it is at this point that shipping and taxes will be processed in your shopping cart.

Read the Rule:

  • The Nizos Safe Box allows your items to be stored for up to 90 days at no cost. If shipping is not completed by the buyer, we will send an email before this deadline to notify you. Keep your details up to date and make sure they are correct.

  • If the item(s) completes 91 days and no action is taken by the customer, Nizos Store reserves the right to process payment of shipping and taxes for expired items on the registered card. If the customer has credit in their Nizos Points account, this will be used automatically first and as soon as the payment is processed, the items will be automatically sent to the registered address. The cheapest shipping method option will be used. For international shipments, please read carefully: Shipping Forms/Methods and International Buyer’s Risk at INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS.
  • If we have any problems processing payment for expired items in your Nizos Safe Box, the items will be canceled and we will retain 12% of the total amount to cover storage costs after 90 days and card processing costs and the remaining amount corresponding to 88% will be returned to the registered card.

  • If you simply cannot receive items in your Nizos Safe Box, please contact us by sending an email to service@nizosstore.com with your full name, telephone number and the email address registered on the Nizos Store website.

  • You can cancel items in the Nizos Safe Box at any time. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of adding the item to the Nizos Safe Box, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. After this period, the refund will be issued in the form of Nizos Store credit.

  • However, if there are multiple cancellations of items in your Nizos Safe Box and there is abuse of the system, your account will be modified to no longer allow cancellations in your Nizos Safe Box and you will need to contact our customer service via email at service@nizosstore.com.

Do I have to use Nizos SafeBox?

No, it’s optional!

Can I ship my Nizos SafeBox on a specific date?

Yes. Items in your Nizos SafeBox can be held for up to 90 days. You can ship items at any time during this window. When selecting a shipping method you will be given an estimated date or date range for delivery.

How does the Nizos SafeBox save my money on shipping?

The Nizos SafeBox lets you consolidate the number of shipments needed to ship all items you order. By lowering the number of shipments, you save money on shipping fees.
