Want to save on shipping while building your collection? With Nizos Safe Box, you can store your purchased items with us until you’re ready to receive them. This allows you to combine multiple orders into a single shipment, reducing shipping costs and ensuring your collectibles arrive together.
How It Works
- Purchase Your Items – Shop as usual and select the Nizos Safe Box option at checkout.
- Store Your Orders – We’ll keep your items safe in our warehouse until you’re ready to ship them.
- Combine and Ship – When you’re ready, request shipment, and we’ll pack all your stored items in one package.

Rules & Conditions
Storage Period & Notifications
The Nizos Safe Box allows you to store your items for up to 90 days at no cost. If you have not requested shipping before this deadline, we will send you a reminder email. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid missing important notifications.
Automatic Shipping & Payment Processing
If your items remain stored for 91 days or more without any action on your part, Nizos Store reserves the right to process the shipping and tax fees automatically using the payment method on file.

If you have Nizos Points credit, it will be used first.

Once the payment is processed, your items will be shipped automatically to your registered address.

The cheapest available shipping method will be selected.

Payment Issues & Item Cancellation
If we are unable to process the payment for your stored items after 90 days, the order will be canceled. In this case:

A 12% fee will be deducted from the total order amount to cover storage and payment processing costs.

The remaining 88% will be refunded to your registered payment method.
Canceling Items in Your Nizos Safe Box

You may cancel items at any time while they are in your Nizos Safe Box.

If cancellation is requested within 7 days of adding an item to your Safe Box, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After 7 days, refunds will be issued as Nizos Store credit instead.
⚠ Abuse of Cancellations: If we detect excessive cancellations or misuse of the system, your account may be modified to restrict future cancellations. In this case, you will need to contact our support team at service@nizosstore.com.

Yes. Items in your Nizos SafeBox can be held for up to 90 days. You can ship items at any time during this window. When selecting a shipping method you will be given an estimated date or date range for delivery.
The Nizos SafeBox lets you consolidate the number of shipments needed to ship all items you order. By lowering the number of shipments, you save money on shipping fees.
