International transport is an option that Nizos Store introduced to better serve our customers.

Before you start reading this policy pay attention to your registered address in Nizos Store and make sure that the information for delivery is correct, as well as your contact information such as email and phone. Please provide the necessary information, street name, neighborhood name if relevant, city name, apartment number, house number and additional information for the delivery service in your country to locate you more easily.

Please read the international shipping rules carefully.

 Importing

The international buyer (who chooses the option of delivery to a destination outside the USA) is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported to the destination country.  The receiver in this case is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Before importing, please verify the laws and regulations of the destination country to avoid problems with customs.

Shipping methods

Shipping and delivery methods are subject to what is offered by USPS® Mail Services and the list of countries served by Nizos Store

Shipping method options, as well as rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Here is a list of countries we currently serve.

Shipping fees

All shipping costs are calculated according to the actual dimensions and weight of the product, so the rate is based on the full size of the package and the space it will occupy when transported.

The shipping rates shown during checkout with Immediate Shipment or items being released from Nizos Safe Box are the actual rates you will pay.

Rates do not include any taxes, tariffs, or customs fees that may be charged in the destination country. This should be the responsibility of the buyer since shipping does not include customs clearance or any customs status that the product may be subject to. Please be aware of these charges so that your item is not seized for non-payment in the destination country or returned to sender, as in the latter case we do not refund shipping charges.

Nizos Safe Box: A Way to Save on International Shipping

Due to the fluctuation of the dollar exchange rate some countries may have the costs of importing products as a deterrent to buying in stores in the USA. With this in mind, Nizos Store has created the Nizos Safe Box so that its clients can buy, accumulating products within a 90 daysperiod and sending combined packages as a way to reduce shipping costs.

We recommend that international customers who shop regularly use the Nizos Safe Box service to help save on shipping costs. Nizos Safe Box offers customers convenience and flexibility. For more information, see our Nizos Safe Box Guide and read the rules carefully.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected by the buyer. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range for the estimated delivery time. Delivery estimates should not be used as actual delivery dates as they are subject to many factors such as customs clearance in the destination country. Mailed shipments may take significantly longer than the indicated delivery times.

Shipping Ways/Methods and Buyer’s Risk

Some shipping methods are declared as Buyer’s Risk. This means that the buyer assumes all liability for lost and/or damaged orders. Our liability ends the moment the shipment leaves the Nizos Store facility. Under no circumstances will refunds or replacement shipments be issued, as these shipping methods generally do not offer tracking and the security required by Nizos Store. If a Buyer’s Risk method is selected at the time of purchase, it will be necessary the confirmation with acceptance of the term of acknowledgement confirming that you have read this policy before finalizing the order.

Forwarders /Redirectors and Related

A freight forwarder or also known as a redirector is a cost-effective transportation solution for customers who live outside the United States, but there are some conditions that must be taken into consideration before choosing this method. Please note that we use the term freight forwarder as a broad definition to include companies that specialize in shipping goods to domestic or international destinations, as well as friends or family members who live in the United States and are willing to ship packages out of the US.

  • Our return policy does not apply to any items shipped to a freight forwarder/redirector. All sales are considered final and non-returnable once the package is shipped to this type of recipient.
  • We reserve the right not to be liable for any loss or damage that occurs after your shipment has been delivered to your forwarder/redirector. This means that we will not refund or offer a replacement for any goods exported beyond the buyer’s delivery address.
  • Nizos Store may not be listed on any export documents, including but not limited to export statements, invoices and packing lists as the exporter once the buyer is using a freight forwarder/redirector with a US address and subsequently requests that the item be exported outside the US. The buyer and its freight forwarder/redirector are considered exporters and importers and must comply with all US import and export regulations and pay attention to the import and export laws of the destination country.

Import regulations/Duties, taxes, and fees

All countries have import rules and procedures as a sure way to ensure proper compliance with national law. Customs fees/tariffs and taxes may be charged when the shipment arrives in the country of destination and the customs clearance, as well as the payment of charges arising from the import operation is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Australia requires GST collection on most purchases. See Australia’s GST Guide for more information.

Brazil has a list of specific prohibitions and restrictions. Please refer to the link https://www.correios.com.br/enviar/proibicoes-e-restricoes

Nizos Store does not interfere and does not obtain control and does not anticipate possible charges. Customs policies are defined by the destination country, vary greatly from country to country, and must be respected by its residents, so please contact your local customs office.

Customs Clearance

International shipments may be unpacked and inspected by customs and/or postal authorities and in this procedure individual products and packages may be opened for inspection. With this, the items may be repackaged without the original care they were subjected to at the Nizos Store facility. As we have no control over this process, we cannot take responsibility or guarantee the condition of any item upon arrival at destination. If the buyer has a dispute with their destination country customs office, we recommend that they contact the respective office directly.

In some cases, the package/shipment may not be cleared by customs and therefore discarded or seized for any reason, such as non-payment of any duties, taxes and/or restrictions on entering the country. We will not refund any product or shipping costs resulting from this type of situation.

Product Restrictions in the Destination Country

Unfortunately, not all products can be shipped to all destinations, this can occur for various reasons such as manufacturers having licensing agreements restricting the sale in some countries or the restriction happens regarding the entry of the product into the country (make sure about the import rules for the destination country).

Product restrictions may also include items too large to be shipped internationally or replicas prohibited by customs, if this situation is identified by Nizos Store we will notify the buyer and refund all ineligible items.

If the buyer finalizes payment for an item that is not allowed to be shipped to a specific country, we will cancel and refund all ineligible items in the order, provided that Nizos Store is informed via our Customer Service department service@nizosstore.com before the shipment leaves our facility for shipment.

Product Limitations in the Destination Country

Be aware when shipping products internationally of restrictions and warranties:

  • Instructions on packaging and manuals with safety warnings may not be written in the language of the destination country.
  • Products and materials may not be designed to the minimum standards required in accordance with the established standards of the destination country.
  • Manufacturers’ warranties may not be valid.
  • The manufacturer’s service options may not be available.
  • Products may not conform to electrical standards in the destination country, requiring the use of an adapter or converter.
